Shipping & Returns

If one of our products does not meet your expectations and you wish to make a return, you may do so (with the exception of photographic film, paper and custom cut mats or frames). Please re-package all products with care and re-use the box and packing material of the original shipment. When we receive your return, we will credit your account with the total amount of your order less shipping.

If you receive items that have been damaged in transit, please note damage on all delivery receipts or freight bills, save all packaging material and call the carrier for an inspection report. Then, please call our order line for return instructions and authorization. We will not accept the return of light sensitive materials (film or paper) or custom cut mats or frames.
