Bill Edwards, Owner
Bill has been a pioneer in the archival storage and preservation field. As a founder of Light Impressions Corporation, Bill helped to establish industry standards for archival quality. As a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Bill has always enjoyed creating a business model where “creativity and technology meet." Bill is often a few steps ahead— enthusiastic to jump into new frontiers such as state of the art digital printing and print on demand book innovations. |

Bob Alles, Store Manager
Bob manages inventory, oversees shipping of web orders, researches new products and manages to keep it all straight... Contact Bob with special orders or archival questions. Bob's an RIT grad with a BFA in Photography and background in retail sales and documentary photography. But ask him about his interests, he just might say, "blues, brews and BBQ!" |

Ginny Byers, Business Manager
Ginny is often the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call Lumiere. Ginny’s experience is in marketing, although she also handles the bookkeeping and customer service issues for Lumiere Photo. Her knowledge of archival storage and presentation products (and daylilies!) make her a valuable resource of information for customers. |

Glenn Alexander, Print on Demand
Glenn is "Mr. Book" around Lumiere. Together with Bill, they have built a thriving business serving professionals and pro-sumers who want to see their work in book form. He generally takes the lead in working with prospects for the bookbinding products and services. Glenn also is always on the hunt for other novel photographic-digital printing applications, having created the Lumiere Collection project which represents the work of artists who are our fine art printing clients. |

Jayson Bimber
Jayson is Lumiere's Fine Art Digital Imaging specialist. He studied photography, graphic design, and printmaking at University of Pennsylvania, Edinboro. Combined with a Masters degree in Imaging Arts from RIT. Jayson has become a "lethal force" in digital photo practices such as restoration, compositing and fine art printing. He also uses digital photo techniques in his own artistic practice.in his free time, Jayson enjoys visiting the infamous art collections of the world, football (college and European) and inventing alternative stopping methods on his bicycle. |

Meg Austin, Digital Lab
Meg is Lumiere's laser press operator and resident graphic designer. She has her BS in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes International, specializes in custom design work and handles all of Lumiere's layout needs. She will gladly work one on one with you to get your dreams on paper. In her free time, Meg enjoys acrylic painting, pen and ink drawing, photography, creative writing and baking. |

Pat Cain, Framing Department
Pat is Lumiere’s Framing Manager who oversees all aspects of presentation needs from design, special orders, custom mats and assembly of picture frames. He’s happy to work with you on custom exhibition and quantity framing requests. When Pat’s not working at Lumiere, he is teaching inner city students to use cameras to document their lives and produce great books about their experiences. |

Rachel Edwards, Communications
Rachel coordinates communications at Lumiere ranging from advertising promotions, publicity and website content. She graduated from S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University in photojournalism. In free time, you'll find Rachel photographing her garden or hiking with her dogs. |
